for the applicable parts of the book, execute or will organize opening-up
of subsections according to a wish of the members РЭЛ or members Евроэксперта
or, for want of, other specialists. Further materials are transmitted to
discussion to all wishing members РЭЛ, not less than 2-3 persons, and after
conflict resolution between them the matched materials are transmitted
accountable for the applicable part of the Encyclopedia. At availability
