The group of authors — will be given as a whole under the alphabet, with the indicating of sections (the chiefs will be marked). Or on subsections, since the chief.
The main(basic) purpose of this book — transformation of not prime art of the experts in science, and outcomes of their activity — from examples of lucky finds and inspirations in nominal outcomes of the scientifically verified know-how as the warranty of noncontradictory public progressing.
Primary goal of the book — to introduce in oblate, accessible for a wide range of the specialists - experts methods, know-hows and normative - legal base for entitiess and realization of expertises, obtaining and treating of the expert information, its(her) usage for rise of performance of public progressing.
Pattern of the book. The encyclopedia is broken(down) on five main bodies, 13 sections, about 140 subsections. Accountable in parts Encyclopedias — the members of an editorial board. In each part there will be sections and subsections. In each section there is an introduction, body text on sections and subsections with examples of usage of methodical rules(situations,positions), concluding, monitoring problems and literature. Will be active will be applied font variety to emanating the main(basic) pieces of the text and, on the other hand, indispensable details; it envision applying the mutual renvois. A volume of each subsection 10-15 thousand signs — with some exceeding for possible(probable) reduction(abbreviation) at a stage of communal editing of the Encyclopedia.
Procedure of opening-up: the associate editors, accountable for the applicable parts of the book, execute or will organize opening-up of subsections according to a wish of the members РЭЛ or members Евроэксперта or, for want of, other specialists. Further materials are transmitted to discussion to all wishing members РЭЛ, not less than 2-3 persons, and after conflict resolution between them the matched materials are transmitted accountable for the applicable part of the Encyclopedia. At availability противоположенных of judgements they can be placed at the Encyclopedia with the indicating of their main(basic) supporters and limitations in usage. The selection(sampling) of a material in each subsection — is strict by a principle of necessity and sufficiency: 2/3 — an existing highest level; 1/3 — maximum capabilities.
