of certification working on a System of certification of quality (SCQ),

many cities of Russia successfully work. And us are invited to cooperation
all remaining. Certainly, we realize: while for us a deficit, we and our
centers on cities of Russia will not suffer from excess of the orders.
But you see Russia such poor will be not eternal! So, this system which
has made a little bit(some) of steps forward — including in comparison
with foreign — and became a red rag for two ministers who have involved
against us ecological militia. Second — almost minister, but спесью overflowed
for two.
So, the Program should shield us, muscovites, from unmonitored dissolve
domestic and import products. And simultaneously to manage to dedicate
best, most clean — on a voluntary gust of producers, for which one thus

safety? Not a problem? — do not say. If to accept, that annually each person
consumes of nutrition on the average on 2 thousand rbl., it is possible

wild. The program of ecological safety could become such subsystem, she
be executed(made) under the full form(shape). Instead of « as always ».
This system voluntary. But it was supposed to envision such privileges,
that many producers, assured of the goods, her(it) have not ignored.

of ecological purity of food, furniture, instruments... - for them and

According to the data by the Rules, the ecological certification of
the goods implements with the purpose of definition of their complementary
usefulness owing to deviation(rejection) in the best side of ecologically
harmful parameters,(indexes,) intrinsic to her, factors, properties, performances,
arguments concerning their normative - tolerance level (without dependence
from their functional usefulness) and thus drops of risk of diseases, rise

safety.
The ecological certificates of fitness are
given on the properly tested goods, ecologically harmful properties which

The legislator, asserting(approving) the mentioned above GOST 51074-97,
posed a noble purpose — to secure a customer against a misinformation by
the way of miscellaneous tags and placards about экологичности, frequently

signs, but that is interesting: they concern either packaging, or influencing

people. At first, about the judges. Certainly, for elementary cases the
procedure is simple: refer to the learnt articles of the Codes - and all.
But for many cases is a toil the judge, public prosecutor, on which one
they are forced to go, executing(designing) the adopted concept. Clearly,
against will be. Already major lawyer, mentioned by us, as in the maiden

themselves to not apply the earlier learnt articles from mass of the statutory
acts. To forget about them! To forget a habit to adjust all with a rule
of law. From it the professional will be patched very long and painfully.
However, maiden 3-5 years each accused should have the right of selection:
under the old right or on new, Reflexive. To sit(land) in prison or to
pay damage - itself, from the cognates, of the colleagues (if they will
be recognized by the accessories) or to complete a duty on difficult (but
not humiliating!) activities, and not in prison!
Will note by the way: anybody never will cancel investigatory activities.
Moreover, because of simplification of other procedures the attention to
them can even be augmented!
... Anybody now can not indicate term, time, when will happen and as
there will be a substitution of the former concept of the right on new.
